Requirement to take English proficiency tests.
Hello, I'm a US citizen and a native English speaker studying internationally in India. I'veĀ taken IGCSE First Language English as well as English honors during high school, and English is the language of instruction at my school. I've also taken the SAT. However, since I'm studying in a non-English-speaking country (India), so would I still be required to take proficiency tests like TOEFL or IELTS?
