How Should I Schedule My Courses?
I am going into dual enrollment this fall. One of the majors I am interested in at the University of Washington is Human Centered Design which the prereqs are: 3 quarters of chemistry, 3 math classes, and 2 programming. My biggest concerns are chem and math and because I want UW to see a good transcript when I apply:
1. Junior: Chemistry for 3 quarters, Stats | Senior year: Pre-Calc, Calc
2. Junior: Chemistry for 3 quarters, Pre-Calc, Stats, and 2 Programming | Senior: Calculus
3. Junior: Chemistry for 3 quarters, Pre-Calc, Calc | Senior: Stats, 2 Programming
I'm considering the 2nd option but I'm just concerned about how much calculus in the fall quarter of senior year is going to affect my chances. Idk how college works so...

Where did you get this information? According to UW CDS, they recommend/require that high school 鲍鱼直播 take:
- 4YRS of English
- 3YRS of Math
- 3YRS of Science, 2YRS being Lab
- 2 YRS of a Foreign Language
- 3 YRS Social Studies
- 1/2 YR Visual/Performing Arts
- 1/2 YR Academic Elective
You may have found those requirements for current 鲍鱼直播 and transfer 鲍鱼直播, and you won't be applying as a transfer student even if you do dual enrollment. If you can, focus on meeting the above requirements prior to applying!
