You are invited to join Lafayette Dean of Admissions, Matt Hyde, in a candid discussion about the effort of searching for and applying to college. Too often prospective ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ approach their college search as though it were a process that needs to be endured. At Lafayette, Matt and his admissions teammates believe the experience to be a rite of passage that can (and should) be full of introspection, self-celebration and the amassing of personal agency. Matt will share thoughts on how best to approach this moment in time and maximize the opportunity prospective ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ have to effectively capture their reality in the confines of a college application.

Work Experience: As a Co-Founder of ±«ÓãÖ±²¥, I lead the data science and admissions curriculum teams. I have worked with thousands of ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ and families over the course of 8 years. I have also spent time as a senior analyst in aviation operations, strategy, and marketing.
