B in AP Bio…? Am I cooked??

So i’m currently a sophomore in HS and just took my first 3 AP classes. AP Euro, AP CSP and AP Bio. I got an A in both euro and csp, but a B in bio. I have gotten all As in freshman year and all other courses this year. However, I do not wanna pursue anything biology related in college, I want to major in International Relations. How much is this going to hurt me?? My most prestigious schools on my list are probably Georgetown, UPenn, NYU, Northeastern, and Tulane. The rest are GWU, University of Denver, American, Fordham, UMD, Loyola Chicago, SDSU, Lehigh, and others.

So this is my question(s)

1) Am I cooked for these top colleges with my B in bio?? How much is this affecting my chances?

2) I need more colleges that are in big cities that are good for IR, please drop suggestions!!
