No need or identity based. Scholarships won purely from skill.
Examples may include essays, winning awards, merit based, ect.
I will include an example.
My example:
Yes, I believe that it is possible to get $600000 worth of scholarship to pay for an Ivy League School. Here's why: With the amount of different scholarships out there, anyone can easily find enough collateral to pay for the tuition and then some. Also, if the person is very skilled, then they can earn a lot of money very quickly. Let's say that the person was in the Breakthrough Junior Challenge, which you can find on "scholarships.com", and they won. That is almost half of what they need to pay for the college. That being said, even though it is possible to get 600 grand of scholarships for an Ivy League, it is NOT easy or simple. Very few people could do this.
So yes, it is possible to get that much of scholarships, but is it likely going to happen? No.
